All students feel like this at some point, Jodie, and chances are you are not the only one in your group thinking that it's all too difficult, but I bet there is at least one who you think is just breezing through it all and it makes you feel worse.
First thing you must do is talk to your tutor or your Centre Manager and tell them you're a bit overwhelmed. There are all sorts of ways we can help you to understand what you're learning and to think more positively (try thinking about the loads of money you'll earn when you're qualified!). It
will fall into place and your tutor is there to make sure it's as painless as possible for you.
You are trying to do the exercises and reading the textbooks aren't you? Ask questions in class if you're finding it hard to follow, ask for help with exercises or ask if you can work in pairs or small groups (and other students will be glad that you did as well).
Most importantly, talk to your tutor now - they need to know if you are struggling.
You'll get there, trust me
