An Apprentice will earn and learn gaining a variety of skills such as:
- Lead a team to improve customer service
- Promote additional services or products to customers
- Deal with customers in writing or using ICT
- Gather analyse and interpret customer feedback
- Monitor and solve customer service problems
- Recognise and deal with customer queries, requests and problems
- Develop customer relationships
- Experience

Learners usually start as Apprentices, progress to an Advanced Apprenticeship and then move on to the Higher Apprenticeship.
