Who is eligible for an Apprenticeship with Babington?
Anyone aged 16 or over who works or wants to work in one of the areas in which we train.
Do Babington students attend college?
Sometimes. All Accounts students will attend college at Babington one day per week. Administration students who are relatively new to this type of work will attend college for half a day each week. Students following other programmes will not usually attend college. However, they spend time away from their desks for one to one tuition when their assessor visits and are expected to complete homework that they are given.
What does an Apprentice get paid?
Pay is a matter for negotiation between each Apprentice and their employer. Babington does lay down minimum rates which it reviews from time to time.
