What will I be doing?
Management skills have a major impact on the development, productivity and performance of all size organisations across all sectors of the economy. The ILM Level 5 apprenticeship in Management is aimed at middle managers to develop skills in strategic planning and business process design, alongside core leadership abilities such as delivering results and inspiring your colleagues.
The programme is designed to inspire creative strategies and visions for a business to survive in today’s fast-moving competitive environment. This is a thorough and detailed qualification, and a unique insight into the most important aspects of leadership and management that will be incorporated into your day to day responsibilities, which will include:

What qualifications will I get?
On completion of this apprenticeship, you will achieve a level 5 ILM Diploma in Management and Leadership, alongside and a level 5 ILM Diploma in the Principles of Leadership and Management.
What are the entry requirements
No formal qualifications are required for this apprenticeship, but you are expected to have sufficient management experience to carry out the responsibilities required.
What can I do afterwards?
The ILM level 5 management apprenticeship will provide you with the skills, knowledge and experience needed to work in a middle management role.
You can also enhance your career prospects with further training, continuing your studies towards level 6.
