An apprenticeship will be key in increasing your confidence in this role, with the chance to gain essential practise and advice from your peers to develop. You will be providing support and guidance for current customers, but may be also looking to acquire new customers for the company.
It helps if you are a target-driven individual, with people skills and the ability to think on your feet. You will eventually be able to supply customers with creative and helpful solutions, meaning that they’ll smile the next time they think of their experience with the company.
